An incredibly easy "recipe" that has been shown to improve mental health! Sugar free and totally delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 small pinch saffron threads
  • 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
  1. Mix the saffron threads with a little warm water and leave to steep for 5 mins. Pour boiling water over the saffron and allow to cool and steep for 5 mins before drinking.
